Drum Granulation process for MAP/DAP, NPK, AN based NPK, Urea based NPK, …
Our experiences in NPK production started with Ammonium Nitrate-based NPK and Nitro-Phosphate, followed by MAP/DAP, MAP/DAP-based NPK, and Urea-based NPK.
Pipe Reactor technology is offered for the synthesis of MAP/DAP and Ammonium Sulphate. The hot slurry produced from the Pipe Reactor is directly sprayed into the drum granulator, and its heat (from the synthesis reaction) brings enough energy for the drying. The granulation operates with a low recycle ratio, leading to both lower investment and operation costs than the conventional NPK process.
Urea-based NPK is developed from Ammonium Nitrate-based NPK taking into account the different physical properties of Urea-based products. This process has been applied in many industrial plants as well.
